hotsteppers is where its at east houston
Love the music that's why I go back. Drinks are way overpriced and its to small for the amount of people they allow in. But all I need is good music and vibes and I'm good..
true, this place has a lot of dudes but the rastas are GORGEOUS, the women are a little older, and the music is on point. i loved the vibe. the drink prices were excessively expensive. Just like hollywood, they included tip on my credit card so be aware before you add anything additional. I ended up paying $96 for 4 drinks with tip included. great dancers but not enough space to really showcase. Still, I'd be back. this place was good
Place is small... The people there are ok.. Waaaay too many guys.. The Dj plays the same shit every week.. overpriced drinks.. But hey Wat can I say.
The clubs lay out is interesting. It is separated linearly into three different rooms. There's a backyard in the back. A great mix of reggae (old/new) and dancehall. Crowd is interesting. Not a good place to go on a date, but a great place to go with friends. It gets extremely crowded so I advise not to wear expensive shoes, they will be wrecked by the end of the night. The bathroom wait is horrible.. so stay away from the beer to avoid the wait.
The best reggae spot in da city bless
Cover for male is $15 at 11:30pm. Can (not bottle) of Heineken is $9. Long Island Iced Tea is $15. It's completely overpriced. It gets ridiculously packed after 1;00AM. Music is great all night.
hot music, hot inside, too small, but good vibes, you either come early or stay late to be able to dance, its wayyyy too crowded.
excellent experience. music was great. a little hot inside. drinks overpriced
The music is the bomb but the club is way too small for the amount of people they let in, and the line outside is riciculous... Will never go back again.
this is one of the best reggae jams in NYC, period.....DJ Stranger is the best, excellent overall experience....
